I have created this page to tell you tips and instructions for the three games in club penguin that are not based on skill, but knowledge about the game. Read this page.

Ice Fishing

To catch the big fish your the yellow fish as bait. So the 3rd time you see the big fish in the back round hold the yellow fish in mouth of the big one. And if you want to catch grey fish witch are 4 coins each, just wear the Flashing Lure Fishing Rode.

Find Four

In the Ski Lodge and the Lodge Attic you can play this game with a friend. To win, stack four pieces in a row diagonally, vertically, or straight across. Alternate turns with your opponent.

Hockey

This team sport is located at the Super Rink by the Snow Forts. The puck is moved around the ice when the first player to reach the puck moves in the direction they want the puck to go. Ice Hockey is a great way to have fun with friends—no coins are awarded in this game.

Mancala

Play this game with a friend when you go to the Book Room located above the Coffee Shop. Alternate turns with your opponent; the game ends when a player has no more stones in his/her side of the board. The player with the greatest number of stones in his/her Mancala is the winner. Click on the Mancala poster at the back of the Book Room to read more instructions on how to play.

Sled Racing

This multi-player game is one of Club Penguin’s most popular pastimes. Join a race when you go to the Ski Hill. Choose a run; the race begins when each sled seat is filled. Use your arrow keys to move your sled and avoid obstacles.

Astro Barrier

This arcade game is located in the Lounge above the Night Club. Use arrow and spacebar keys to shoot moving targets. There are over 30 levels. Coins are awarded for points earned.

Hydro-Hopper (Formerly Ballistic Biscuit)

Go to the speedboat at the Dock to go for a ride. Tubing behind a boat is always fun but watch out for debris in the water. Use your mouse to navigate.

Bean Counters

Go to the Coffee Shop and click the bag of coffee with the word Java written on it to play. Earn coins for catching and stacking bags of coffee as they fly out of the delivery truck. There are five delivery trucks—unload them all and earn bonus coins. Read the instructions before playing for more information.

Cart Surfer

Located in the Mine at the Underground, in Cart Surfer you will speed along a mine track in a cart. Earn points for tricks; use keyboard arrows and spacebar to discover trick combinations. Cart Surfer is a single-player game. It’s great to play when you want to earn a lot of coins in a short amount of time.

Catchin’ Waves

Want to go surfing? Head to the Cove and click on the Surf Hut. Choose a surf mode: Surf Lesson, Freestyle, Competition, or Survival mode. Earn points for tricks and jumps.

For a different surfing experience, surfboard upgrades are available for members in the Sport Shop catalog. Upgraded surfboards are added to your inventory after purchase.

Ice Fishing

Go out the back door of the Ski Lodge located in the Ski Village. Drop your line in the water and when you catch a fish pull it above the hole and click. Every fish caught equals one coin. If you catch the BIG fish, you earn bonus coins. Use your mouse to move your line above and below the water.

Jet Pack Adventure

Strap on a jet pack and fly when you go to the Beacon located at the Lighthouse. Collect coins as you fly and watch out for obstacles. Use your mouse to navigate through each level. Look for extra fuel cans and jet packs—you need them to complete the game.

Pizzatron 3000

Go to the Pizza Parlor and click on the beaded doorway to become a pizza chef. Use your mouse to drag and drop the toppings that show up on the order screen. Get paid coins for every correct pizza you make.

Puffle Roundup

Help round up puffles, Club Penguin’s favorite pets when you play this game. Click on the Employees Only door in the Pet Shop and use your mouse to herd puffles into the fenced area.

A round ends when all the puffles are herded into the pen or have run away. Coins are awarded based on the number of puffles you catch in the shortest amount of time.

Thin Ice

Play this arcade game in the Lounge, located on the second floor of the Night Club. Use your arrow keys to guide the puffle through each maze and melt tiles. Earn coins for every tile melted. Read instructions available at the game for more information and tips.

About Club Penguin:

Club Penguin is an online game developed by New Horizon Interactive which has partnered with the Disney company to expand the site’s population. Using cartoon penguin avatars, players can waddle around, chat, play minigames, and participate in other activities with one another in a snow-covered virtual world.They can also develop “relationships” and enhance their social abilities.[1] After beta-testing, Club Penguin was made available to the general public on October 24, 2005[2] and has since expanded into a large online community.

Club Penguin shares similarities with other popular online environments like Habbo Hotel. Though open to users of all ages like Virtual Magic Kingdom, another Disney-owned online community, Club Penguin is primarily designed for children ages six to fourteen[3] and has qualified for the Better Business Bureau – Kid’s Privacy Seal of Approval.[4] Club Penguin was also awarded the “Editors Choice” award from Children’s Technology Review Magazine.[5]

An online merchandise shop opened on the Club Penguin website in August 2006,[6] selling stuffed Puffles and T-shirts. Keychains, gift cards, and more shirts were added on November 7, 2006.[7]

Players may become subscribed members and doing so grants them additional benefits. They may buy clothing and furniture, own up to twelve puffles, enjoy early access to new parts of the game, buy furniture for their puffles, and have access to all puffle breeds. A brand new catalog for members only has hairstyles. Members also have access to Members-only parties hosted by Club Penguin.[8] Members may also open their igloo to visits by other players.

Club Penguin now has game cards available for retail purchase, initially at Target stores in the United States, enabling players to buy their own membership[9]. Club Penguin provides a non-membership option. Although such play is free, it does not include all of the benefits of being a member. Non-members may still buy colours and player-card backgrounds and can go anywhere (except during member parties) as well as play games. Non-members may also receive and use items given out at parties that are thrown monthly for all players. Non-members are restricted to only two puffles in colours red or blue. If a former member had puffles, they may be kept, though no new member-only puffles may be bought. Non-members can not purchase clothes, furniture, wigs, hats, or bigger igloos. They also may not access brand new game areas during their first days of release.

Club Penguin is divided into various rooms and distinct areas. Each player is provided with an igloo for a home. Members have the option of opening their igloo so other penguins can access it via the map. Members may also purchase larger igloos and decorate their igloos with items bought with virtual coins earned by playing mini-games.

Many game locations can be accessed by clicking on the Club Penguin map. Some places, such as the Attic, are reached by clicking their general area on the map then walking the penguin to the specific location. Other places, such as Rockhopper’s Ship, The Migrator, are only available on certain days. Penguins with secret agent status can also teleport to any location (other than isolated areas and players’ igloos) using their spy phone. There are 3 isolated areas: the Dojo which is located in the mountains, the Ice Berg which is located in the northeast part of the water, and the Mine which is located south of the Dojo.

Club Penguin provides two options for inter-player communication. The Ultimate-Safe Chat mode allows players to select phrases from a list, and is recommended. Most parents use this mode just to increase their child’s safety for online gaming. The other mode, “Open Chat”, allows players to enter their own custom messages. [10] Each game instance (server) offers one particular type of chat — the majority allowing either, but some allow only Ultimate-Safe Chat mode.

Players who use profanity are often punished by an automatic 24-hour ban, although not all vulgar language results in an immediate ban. After being caught using profane language on a second or third occasion, players may be banned for 72 hours. Players caught hacking Club Penguin are banned for a much longer time period. After 3 to 5 bans, a player is banned indefinitely from the game. [11] If someone tries to log in to Club Penguin as a famous player account (such as Rockhopper), any password will result in a message that the account is banned with a “Forever” expiration.

All Club Penguin areas are monitored by teams of moderators who ensure players are not using profanity or acting abusively towards other players. Players’ suggestions for new ideas or improvement of the game are reviewed by Moderators, who also help prevent hackers from interfering with the game or cheating.[12] Moderators must be at least 18 years old, pass a criminal record check, and live in or near Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. Current moderators are Billybob, rsnail, Happy77, Gizmo, ScreenHog.[13] There are additional moderators who must keep their roles secret.

lub Penguin offers a variety of parties each year. Parties within the last year include a Valentine’s Day party, Winter Fiesta Party, St Patrick’s Day party, April Fool’s Day party, Easter party, Summer party, a water party (while some of the main places in Club Penguin were flooded), a Camp Penguin party (inspired by the 100th anniversary of Scouting), a Fall Fair (inspired by the circus and the anniversary of Club Penguin), Halloween party, western party, and Christmas party. Note that after the fall fair ended the main music to the pirate party was changed to that of the fall fair. The whole of Club Penguin is often altered to match a current party. For example: the St Patrick’s Day party involved all the main attractions turning green, and a free St Patrick hat was available to players. At the very first party on Club Penguin, beta testers received a purple and yellow party hat, which is now the rarest item in Club Penguin

Players may use the coins they collect from playing minigames to purchase various items from shops. There are many catalogs. They are clothing, wig, stage costume, spy, igloo, furniture, sports, and pirate (only when Rockhopper is in CP).

Club Penguin character Information:

Rockhopper is a penguin that visits CP around every two months. When he does on his ship you can explore it and buy items and furniture. Also read his diary. When his ship is on CP island he will be on CP and you could meet him but he goes on every server and it would be tough to find him. Everyone is his buddy it just doesn’t show you because there a smiley face on his player card that means your buddy. Also if you ask him to be your buddy he will give you a free thing for non-members and members! Heres a picture.

Aunt Arctic is not a penguin you can meet. She is a penguin that writes in the newspaper. If you send a letter in needing help you might just have your letter in the newspaper! Aunt Arctic clothing is always the same pink toque and black glasses and color green. If we could meet Aunt Arxtic it sure would be cool! Aunt Arctic is the friendliest penguin in CP be sure to read her things in the newspaper! Heres a picture.

G is the gadget guy in CP. he build all the electronics. For example look on the bottom of the clock tower near the side for the secret agent writing it says by G He built Clocks,A Test Sled Race, and Jet Packs. Some say they saw G but they didn’tt it was a hacker. G is impossible to meet maybe in the future you can meet him but now now. He always puts something named By G on all his work so be sure to look for it! Heres a picture.
